All our measurements or calculations are carried out by a Professional Engineer with extensive knowledge of Safety Code 6. We follow ISED's GL-01 "Guidelines for the Measurement of Radio Frequency Fields at Frequencies From 3 kHz to 300 GHz". Our reports are prepared in accordance with ISED's GL-08 "Guidelines for the Preparation of Radio Frequency (RF) Exposure Compliance Reports for Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Antenna Systems" and signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer.

We have carried out measurements from Vancouver to St. John's and everywhere in between! Contact us for a quote for our services.

What is Safety Code 6?

The aim of Safety Code 6 is to set out safety limits for human exposure to radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic energy in the frequency range of 3 kHz to 300 GHz. The code sets out a series of exposure limits for both uncontrolled environments and controlled environments. The exposure limits specified in Safety Code 6 have been established based upon a thorough evaluation of the scientific literature related to the thermal and possible non-thermal effects of RF energy on biological systems.
